Target age
We are available for ages 18 months to 8 years old.
Reservation
Please make a reservation from our website or by phone.
(Please call us for same-day reservations.)
Cancel
Please cancel from our website or by phone.
(Please contact us by phone if you will cancel on the day of your appointment. Cancelation is free.)
Belongings
Please write child’s name on their things. (We also have optional services.)

(2)Drinks, Snacks, Lunch box, etc. *There is no microwave oven. *We can’t make powdered milk.
(3)Please bring a child’s insurance card or passport.
Infection prevention
For those who have the folowing symptoms wil not be acceptable : fever over 37.5℃, vomiting and diarrhea.
(We are not sick child daycare services.)
Pick up and drop off
Please contact us in advance if there are any changes to the scheduled pick-up time.
Personal information
Based on the Personal Information Protection Act, personal information entered on the “Usage Application Form” wil be managed appropriately.
Others
Service provision may be canceled due to weather, transportation suspension, etc.
In the event that an accident occurs to your child due to reasons attributable to our company or
childcare staff, we wil be liable for damages to the victim. However, this does not apply in the case of
non-work-related causes, force major, or accidents involving children.
Emergency
In case of an emergency, such as your child’s injury or fever, we wil contact the emergency contact
number and may take your child to a nearby clinic.
In addition, we wil cooperate with related parties (emergency, government, etc.) as necessary.
Please pick up your child as early as possible.

Q&A
Q1:Would it be okay to visit for the first time?
Yes, we look forward to seeing you. Please feel free to ask us any questions!
Q2:What is the ratio of staff to child in the room?
We provide one adult for every 5 children. There are some cases in which we may minimalise the ratio depending on children’s age.
Q3:How big is the room?
The room is 33㎡, which would be enough for children to play freely.
Q4:What kind of toys do you have?
We have different kinds of blocks, toys for role play, books, and other kinds of toys that children are able to choose.
Q5:Is there are nap time in your daily routine?
Yes, we have cots and blankets for children to use. If your child does not need to sleep, he/she can have quiet-play-time while other children are sleeping.
Q6:What kind of food should we prepare for my child?
Anything is accepted such as homemade lunch box and sandwiches or rice balls from stores etc.
※There are paid options of lunch, dinner and snacks, please ask us earlier (by 5pm the day before) or check up the reservation site.
Please avoid soup, something that has strong smell like natto beans. Pet bottles and packed drinks are also accepted.
※In Chiba, there no refrigerator and microwave oven, so please prepare food that should be fine to be stored at room temperature.
※Please avoid cherry tomatos, grapes or konnyaku food to avoid choking.
Q7:Is there a space for strollers?
Yes, you may leave a stroller while your child is staying in the room.

Q10: Is there a parking?
・Chiba:Perie multi-storey parking is located at JR Chiba station west exit rotary.(400 yen/first 1 hour, then 200 yen every 30 minutes. One hour free parking with purchase of 3,000 yen or more.)
・Tokyo:TEKKO Building parking lot is the closest.(700 yen/1 hour. One hour free parking with purchase 3,000 yen or more.)
